The company is currently undergoing a transformation following the entry of the Australia-Israel Group as a shareholder (29%). As a result, a new strategy has been formulated, focusing the company’s core activities and growth drivers.
Until 2024, Aspen Group focused primarily on the development, management, and enhancement of income-producing properties in Israel and the Netherlands.
Today, alongside its substantial activity in income-generating real estate, the company is developing the residential sector as an additional growth engine,
ranging from traditional development projects involving land acquisition, zoning, building permits, and construction, to urban renewal projects.
The company’s portfolio includes 32 income-producing properties and 4 properties under development,
as well as thousands of residential units in planning and construction across dozens of projects, spanning from Nahariya to Eilat.
As part of its new strategy, Aspen Group is now focusing its operations within Israel, driven by a strong belief in the potential of the local market and in its own ability to lead and grow.
The company operates and manages its business with the goal of creating and maximizing long-term value through stable cash flow and asset appreciation.
