Aspen Group is a publicly traded company that has been operating in the real estate sector for over 30 years.

The company is currently undergoing a strategic transformation following the entry of the Australia-Israel Group as a shareholder (29%).

A new corporate strategy has been formulated, with a focus on refining its business areas and growth engines.

Until 2024, Aspen Group primarily focused on the initiation, management, and enhancement of income-generating properties in Israel and the Netherlands.

Today, alongside its robust income-producing real estate operations, the company is developing its residential real estate segment as an additional growth engine—
ranging from classic development projects involving land acquisition, zoning and permitting processes, and construction, to urban renewal projects.

The company’s portfolio includes 32 income-generating properties and 4 properties under development.

As well as thousands of residential units in planning and construction stages across dozens of projects, from Nahariya to Eilat.

As part of its new strategy, Aspen Group is focusing its activities exclusively in Israel, driven by a strong belief in the potential of the local market and its own ability to lead and grow within it.

The company operates and manages its business with the aim of creating and maximizing long-term value through stable cash flows and asset appreciation.
