Rony Zarom

Rony Zarom was born and raised in Ramla. After completing his military service in the IDF's Paratroopers Brigade, he went on to study for his bachelor's and master's degrees in Computer Science in New York. Over the years, Rony founded and was a partner in various leading companies, including ElroNet (later acquired by Netvision), Exalink (which was eventually sold to Comverse for approximately $530 million) and more. Since 2005, Rony has been the owner of Aspen Group Ltd. Additionally, Rony Zarom is the founder of the Unistream Association aimed at training and nurturing youth from socially and geographically peripheral areas. The Unistream Association assists young participants in acclimating and integrating into the workforce, with a focus on business, entrepreneurship, and technology industries, with the aim of providing role models for emulation. This process is carried out by addressing each participant’s individual needs and providing ongoing support, which together serve as the key to successful integration into the workforce.

Our Properties

In recent years, Aspen Group has experienced significant growth in its property portfolio across Europe. Currently, the combined value of its European and Israeli assets stands at approximately 4.7 billion NIS. Aspen Group owns properties totaling approximately 603 thousand square meters, leased to a diverse pool of 270 tenants. Our management's strategy is centered on targeting stable markets with substantial advantages, with a particular focus on key locations such as the Netherlands. In these regions, we acquire high-quality, energy-efficient buildings situated in prime central locations. Our diverse portfolio includes properties leased to both individual and multiple tenants, as well as land and assets earmarked for development and construction projects.

“Everybody aspires to reach the mountain peak, yet true happiness can be found in the journey to the top.”
